Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KShs) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery & Collection

  • Delivery is available across Kenya within 7 days of purchase, subject to availability and delivery location.
  • Customers may also collect their purchases from Jays Pyrotechnics outlets in Nairobi (Almond Court, 3rd Parklands Ave) or Mombasa (Opposite Ratna Square).
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring safe receipt of products upon delivery or collection.

No Returns & No Refunds

  • All sales are final. Once products are sold, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances, including change of mind.
  • Fireworks are classified as hazardous goods and cannot be restocked once sold.
